Raise a Concern
Sometimes a concern isn’t about this site’s coverage — it’s about a casino operator itself: a withdrawal that never arrived, a bonus term applied unfairly, or account access cut off without explanation. This page explains where those concerns actually belong, since People Movers isn’t the right recipient for them.
A dispute with a specific operator
If your concern is about how a KSA-licensed operator handled your account, deposits, or a withdrawal, start with that operator’s own complaints process — licensed operators are required to have one. If the operator doesn’t resolve it, Dutch-licensed operators are required to be affiliated with an approved dispute-resolution body; the Kansspelautoriteit’s own site lists the current options for escalating an unresolved complaint against a licensed operator.
A concern about the Kansspelautoriteit itself
If you believe a platform is operating without a valid KSA license, or is otherwise not following the Netherlands’ gambling rules, that report goes to the Kansspelautoriteit directly, not to us — we have no enforcement authority over any operator.
A concern about problem gambling
If the concern is about your own or someone else’s gambling behaviour rather than a specific transaction dispute, see our Responsible Gambling page for CRUKS self-exclusion and the free Loket Kansspel helpline (0800-1995).
A concern about something we published
If your concern is specifically about a factual error, an outdated claim, or something misleading in a People Movers piece, that one is ours to fix — use our contact page and reference the exact page and claim. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled once reported.
